Just a quick note to let you know that, yes, I’m still in the land of the living. I’m still working. And I have just found out that I have a new assignment starting on Monday with the same organization I’m working at right now, just in a different department. Which is wonderful, because my current assignment ends tomorrow. That‘s a little bit of stress I can let go of… for now.
And I’m still working on my web design gig. In fact, “The Boss” and I will be testing things tonight and tomorrow. We should have a site up and live by the end of the day. And I mean that in the literal, end-of-the-calendar-day sense. I’ll be tweaking the design tomorrow evening after work, based on the feedback I get from him and my other testing sources. By Midnight, it should be done.
And by “done”, I actually mean “started”. We have a lot of other things we’ll be adding to the site over the next month, but this is a big step. And it will be keeping me pretty dang busy.
So why am I taking the time to write this, when I should be working on the site? Because my computer just crashed for the second time tonight, and Netscape is acting up something fierce. I needed to vent before re-redoing what I’ve just done.
Um…. I mean, I’m writing because I love you all!
