Soup…

there is it!

Last night, I whipped up a batch of soup that was a definite hit with the wife and I. Grilled chicken, carrots, and corn, in a base of lightly pureed chicken stock, apricots and diced tomatoes. I managed to get just the right combination of herbs and spices, too. It had just enough spice to emphasize all the other flavors, without being too spicy, and just enough sweetness to counter the saltiness of the stock.

I only hope I can recreate it again another night. Next time I might actually write a recipe…

    If you ever do figure out how to recreate it, and write it down, can I have the recipe too? It sounds delicious!
