Admittedly, it is tricky to start this hat because 1 stitch is knit back into itself to create 8 stitches, so remember to cast on that first slip knot loosely.
Um, yeah, you know, there’s a technique that allows you to do pretty much exactly that with great ease. It’s called crochet.
Still a damned cute hat, though. Mister B. would love it, right? Yeah, right. For 4 seconds, he’d love it.
